With hundreds of tropical islands and incredible biodiversity, Malaysian diving is among the best in the world.

With world-renowned wall diving, featuring more than 3000 species of marine creatures, and some of the best macro diving sites in the world, divers who visit Malaysia will leave with incredible dive memories.

Eugeny Kovban, a PADI Diver and underwater videographer, visited Sipadan, Mabul and Kapalai Islands in April 2015 where incredible video was taken. No description will do justice; watch the videos to be amazed.

Sipadan Island

Dive site: Barracuda Point

Often voted as the top 10 dive sites in the world for the past many years. This place always amazes me every time I visit. Ah, the thought of having the silly grin after each dive…

Dive Site: Drop Off

In the early years when accommodation was located on Sipadan Island, you could put on your dive gear in your room, walk out the front door, and jump off into the Drop Off. The Drop Off is aptly named. You could be on 2 m of water, and one step forward, the bottom is 600 m deep.

Dive Site: Mid Reef

Dive Site: Hanging Gardens

Dive Site: Eel Garden

Kapalai Island

Kapalai Island is located about 20 minutes by boat from Sipadan Island. Kapalai Island is a macro world treasure.

Mabul Island

Mabul Island is located about 30 minutes by boat from Sipadan Island and is home to 2 villages. Mabul Island is also rich with macro life.
