PADI is very excited to be one of the main partners for the International Ocean Film Tour in 2023.
The International Ocean Film Tour Volume 9 is starting in Spring 2023, showcasing independent ocean-based documentaries to inspire ocean lovers, sports and adventure enthusiasts as well as conservationists and travelers.
This unique collection of short films from around the globe documents the beauty and power of the ocean, and includes different water sports, such as diving, surfing and sailing. It also highlights important ocean conservation topics like shark finning and overfishing.
The Ocean Film Tour organizes over 130 shows in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg from March until the end of May 2023, attracting between 50.000 and 65.000 visitors.
PADI Dive Centers will be present at selected shows to tell you more about the different dive course options and the local diving in your area.
The PADI AWARE Foundation is proud to be one of the supported NGOs during this year’s tour and to be able to highlight its conservation mission to an active and ocean loving audience. Hopefully we can win over many new PADI TorchbearersTM who will help us to save the ocean.
