New PADI Open Water Divers or Scuba Divers certified between 1 Nov 2012 and 31 January 2013 are eligible for a free hat from PADI.
To request your free hat, go to padi.com/diveandwin and click on the Newly Certified Diver link. You will need the certification number off your PADI card and must submit your info online by 6 Feb 2013.
