The PADI Open Water Diver Course is the most popular diving course worldwide, so you know you are in good hands! The PADI Open Water Course is suitable for everyone, as long as you are over 12 years of age and are confident in the water. The PADI Open Water course is divided into three parts.
- The Knowledge Development component of the course can be completed online using ‘PADI eLearning’ on your computer or laptop, or ‘PADI Touch’ on your iPad or tablet. This part of the course can also be completed in class.
- The Confined Water Dives provide divers with knowledge of basic skills in a confined body of water, such as a pool.
- The Open Water Dives allow divers to go out and use their newly learnt scuba skills!
