Our featured video of the week gives you a rare and unforgettable view of sharks at night. Lit up only by the camera’s light, this stirring video captures these majestic animals gliding through the water as if they were superimposed onto an empty, black canvas. More importantly, the video conveys a strong message of why these often misunderstood creatures need our help.
Filmmakers Joe Romeiro and Bill Fisher learned to dive to get closer to and learn more about the powerful, beautiful sharks that had fascinated them since they were young. They use their experiences and films to help educate the public on the mounting threats to our ocean’s shark populations.
