For the very first time, PADI are exhibiting at the Natex Expo in Athens from 17. – 19. February 2023, and we are very excited to be there.
Since 1987, Natex is the most popular Greek show for scuba diving, fishing, boating and water sports that attracts over 25,000 visitors during this long weekend.
The PADI Village will be one of the main attractions of the hall: 6 PADI Dive Centers, DAN Europe and our PADI Regional Manager Kostas Triantafyllou are in our PADI village and they are all really looking forward to meeting you.
Come and learn more about the PADI courses, diving in general and specifically diving at some epic dive sites in Greece.

Skopelos Dive Center – Ikion Diving Alonnisos
Skopelos Dive Center has been active in the diving industry since 2014. In 2019 it joined Ikion Diving in Alonissos. The two dive centers have three bases: Chora Skopelos, Panormos Skopelos and Steni Vala Alonissos. During the summer season they deal with recreational diving, leading and training divers. The most popular destinations are “the classic period wreck on the isle of Peristera, Alonissos” and the modern wreck of “Christophoros” in Panormos Skopelos. In winter months they deal with technical diving, scientific diving, environmental awareness, development of innovating marine technologies and promotion of underwater cultural heritage.
Diver´s Corner
We are a PADI 5-star Dive Center at south Attica, located just 15 km away from Eleftherios Venizelos Airport, and about 40 minutes from the center of Athens. We are diving in the Saronic Gulf and specifically in the area of Palaia Fokaia. The facilities of 350 square meters consist of two independent classrooms, sales area, locker rooms, and private showers, Diver’s Corner offers a collective experience about diving. We offer all kinds of diving activities: Scuba Diving, Freediving, Technical Diving as well as dive and rental equipment.
Extreme Divers
Extreme Divers (est. 1987) is a PADI 5-star Instructor Development Center in Athens. We specialise in dive education through the biggest diving association in the world, creating new passionate recreational and professional divers! We also organise private snorkel, diving or just swimming and relaxation excursions. We organize full or half day trips at the coastline of Athens and the nearby islands. Our staff are PADI certified dive & first aid instructors, and our rib is fully equipped in line with the latest safety regulations. We are driven by our passion for diving and exploring the secret beauties of Athens riviera. Kartelias & CO
Kartelias & SIA OE is a pioneer company in the Greek diving industry. It was founded by Nikos Kartelias, a former Navy Seal and the founder of the Greek Special Forces Navy Seals unit, who continues its operation in divers training, and provides them with amazing opportunities to discover the fantastic underwater world.
Seahorse
Seahorse Dive Centre is a PADI 5 Star IDC Center located in Varkiza at the southern suburbs of Athens. Being scuba divers ourselves, we built our own family business driven by our passion for scuba diving and our accumulative 20 year of experience. Seahorse Dive Centre is open and operating all year round, 7 days a week. We offer a full variety of PADI recreational diving courses for open and closed circuits, along with First Aid courses as well. DAN Europe
Who do you want by your side when you go diving? A close friend, the best dive buddy available, perhaps a guardian angel? There’s someone who can be all of these things.
DAN Europe has been helping divers since 1983, when a group of passionate divers and diving physicians started an international non-profit medical and research organisation dedicated to the health and safety of the global diving community.
You can find DAN all over the world. DAN is an advocate for a more alert diving community, and provides you with assistance every step of the way, for all kinds of divers and their families.
Because, although we as divers want to discover the unknown, we should never do so unprotected or uninformed.
Sometimes, we all need someone to guide and protect us. When it comes to diving, that someone is DAN.

The Natex Expo is from 17.- 19. February 2023 in the indoor spaces of the Tae Kwon Do Olympic Stadium, Tae Kwon Do Olympic Stadium, Poseidonos avenue 860, Faliro 175 64, Athens.
Opening hours are 3pm – 9pm on Friday 17. February and 10am – 9 pm on Saturday 18. And Sunday 19. February.
