I've been in love with the ocean for as long as I can remember. Some people would call it an obsession, I call it being addicted to the water. It's not just a hobby, it's part of who I am (and yes, the scales tattoo on my skin makes that pretty literal). My journey started with scuba diving, and it's where my heart first opened to everything the underwater world has to offer. But a few years ago, freediving found me and it's since become my biggest passion, though scuba is still very much a part of my life too.

Along the way I've set several Austrian national records and had the honor of representing Austria at multiple freediving world championships.

Today I run One Breath Austria, the first freediving center at the Attersee, where I get to share this passion every day. Teaching and training freedivers, watching people discover what their body and mind are capable of on one breath, is one of the greatest joys of my life.
