Over 50 new internship opportunities have been added to the PADI Jobs Board across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, offering hands-on training and mentorship at world-class PADI Dive Centers and Resorts.


What You’ll Gain

Through this program, you’ll learn how to supervise scuba divers while gaining insights into running a successful dive business. This initiative is part of PADI’s ongoing commitment to fostering new talent and promoting growth within the diving industry.

Certification and Beyond

Participants in the internship program will earn their PADI Divemaster certification, gaining the skills and confidence needed to excel in a diving career. The PADI Divemaster rating is globally recognized, opening doors to numerous employment opportunities. As a certified Divemaster, you’ll be equipped to lead and mentor other divers, assist PADI Instructors in training, and conduct certain PADI courses independently.

Many PADI Divemasters go on to have careers in marine conservation, film and television, the Armed Forces, and underwater archaeology. Others take advantage of the opportunity to work as PADI Professionals around the world.


Are You Eligible?

To qualify for the PADI Divemaster course, you’ll need:

  • A minimum of 40 logged dives
  • Completion of PADI Open Water Diver, PADI Advanced Open Water Diver, and PADI Rescue Diver certificatons
  • Emergency First Response Primary and Secondary Care certification (or equivalent certifications from other organizations)
  • A medical clearance for diving from a physician within the past 12 months
